AAUPOC is now accepting donations for both the Needy Students' Scholarship Fund and to fund the additional project to build the entrepreneurship of the university students. With our current savings, we are in a position to support 20 scholarships so far, and the target is 30 Scholarships. The AAUPOC scholarship fund primarily supports needy students in the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka by providing financial assistance to continue with their undergraduate studies.
How to Donate
 Gee Padura 2026: AAUPOC has successfully organized the Gee Padura 2026 on the 6th of June at the Kars Community Center, 1604 Old Wellington Street. It was a memorable evening of joyful sing-alongs and cherished memories, celebrating the timeless music of Sri Lanka's iconic calypso bands from the 1960s and 1970s. See the event photos.

 Hanthana Night 2025:
AAUPOC has successfully organized the Hanthana Night on the 15th of November at the Ukrainian Banquet and Convention Hall, 1000 Byron Ave, Ottawa, ON K2A 0J3. It was an evening filled with cultural dances, karaoke, an authentic Sri Lankan style buffet dinner, raffle draws, and much more. The event featured music by DJ Kushmin (BSPOKE Entertainment).  Annual Walkathon Challenge (Health Walk) 2025:
AAUPOC has successfully organized the 5th annual Walkathon Challenge. This event took place from September 17 to September 26, 2025 (with online step counts submission). It concluded with a 5km Health Walk with in-person participation on September 28, 2025 at Andrew Haydon Park, 3169, Carling Ave. Ottawa. ON. K1V 8Y5.
